The aim of our Working Group of Informatics in Cardiology is to gather the wide range of experts who are working in the heterogeneous domain of informatics related to the cardiology. Our former name, the Working Group of Computers in Cardiology was reflected to our international relationship to the world organization of Computers in Cardiology (CinC) and its European group. We were the active members of these organizations, our studies were presented regularly in the annual congresses of CinC and ESC. Beside the hospital informatics (databases, inter- and intrahospital computer networks), our members worked in biosignal analysis, especially in ECG signal processing, non-linear modeling and echocardiography image processing.
