上海生物信息技术研究中心主办,上海生咨生物科技有限公司承办有多组学实验及数据分析系列小型研习会将在2015月1月15日-16日举办首场“蛋白质组学和代谢组学”研习会

本次学习内容由上海生物信息技术研究中心的科研人员主讲,内容分为两块:

蛋白质组学:常用实验方法介绍、样本处理注意事项、数据分析方法;

代谢组学:实验设计及样本处理、代谢组学数据处理。

本次研习会人数限20人,适合需要用到蛋白质组学、代谢组学进行研究的科研人员和临床医生,将帮助与会人员了解当前蛋白质组学和代谢学组的研究方法,开拓实验设计的思路。
