The International Conference on Rodent Biology and Management (ICRBM) provides an opportunity for the international community to exchange information, discuss interdisciplinary studies and promote international collaboration in scientific research on rodent biology and management. ICRBM was launched in Beijing, China, October 1998 by a number of world-acknowledged scientists and experts in many fields of rodent studies and management. It convenes every 4 years. The 2nd ICRBM was held in Canberra, Australia, February 2003; the 3rd was in Hanoi Vietnam, August 2006; and the 4th in Bloemfontein, South Africa, April 2010.
