International Conference on Geohazards Research and Prevention (GRP 2017) will be held from February 26 to 28, 2017 in Sanya, China. This Conference will cover issues on Geohazards Research and Prevention. It dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing the advanced research methods in the fields of Geohazards Research and Prevention.
GRP 2017 is devoted to the advancement of Geohazards Research and Prevention. Geological hazards/disasters are natural hazards/disasters due to geological disturbances often caused by shifts in tectonic plates and seismic activity, such as earthquakes, tsunami, volcanic eruptions, and avalanches. The scope of GRP 2017 covers both technological/practical areas and theoretical investigations of Geological Disasters Research, and the detailed areas of interest for this Conference are listed in the section of "Call for Papers".
GRP 2017 will be an important and reliable platform for inspiring international and interdisciplinary exchange at the forefront of Geohazards Research and Prevention. The Conference will bring together academicians, engineers, educators and policy-makers from all over the world, and we hope that you will take this opportunity to join us for academic exchange and visit the city of Sanya.
