在中美农业合作的框架协议指导下，两国农业贸易交流日益密切。中美两国同为家禽产品生产和消费大国，同时又在消费方式和加工贸易等方式上存有诸多的不同，这为两国家禽行业的交流与合作提供了更为广阔的空间。为此，中美双方包括中国畜牧业协会、美国大豆出口协会、美国谷物协会、中国食品土畜进出口商会、世界家禽基金会、美国家禽蛋品出口协会及美国食品及农产品出口联盟定于2015年12月2-3日在北京举办“2015中美家禽行业高层研讨会”，围绕家禽生产模式、消费推广和与时俱进的行业开拓性思维等课题开展深入探讨，以进一步推动行业交流，促进合作共赢。

1、形势与政策：探讨中美两国家禽行业的生产现状、趋势分析，新常态下我国家禽业发展思路和政策导向；
2、消费与推广：分享美国鸡肉推广经验、美国禽企创新思维及理念、美国肉鸡加工业现状及趋势、国际饲料原料的供求趋势；分享国内新商业模式，寻求新机遇；解读《新食品安全法》；
3、贸易与合作：探讨外资融合资金驱动的利弊、探索中美禽肉贸易合作；美国及全球禽流感情况、影响及应急防控措施；
4、嘉宾互动交流。
