庄辉 中国工程院院士，现任北京大学医学部病原生物学系教授、世界卫生组织西太区消灭脊髓灰质炎证实委员会委员、世界卫生组织西太区免疫控制乙型肝炎专家组成员、亚太消灭病毒性肝炎联盟委员、国家药典委员会委员等职。
罗光湘 美国伯明翰阿拉巴马大学医学院微生物学系终身教授及综合癌症中心和AIDS中心资深研究员，同时兼任北京大学医学部“千人计划”特聘教授。目前为《PLoS Pathogens》 Section Editor和《Journal of Medical Virology》Associate Editor，及《Journal of Virology》，《Virology》，《中华医学杂志》和《中国病毒学杂志》等多种国际杂志的编委。

所有投稿的会议摘要经评选委员会初步审查接收后，均参加壁报展示交流。壁报语言为英语，展示安排在会议期间进行，会议现场提供壁报展板及大头针/双面胶，壁报规格为1.5米高、0.9米宽。
壁报张贴于9月15号下午2点后开始进行，请各位壁报展示者根据提供的壁报编号在指定的展板位置进行张贴，9月18日中午12点后除下壁报。
临床上超过20%的不同类型的癌症是由病毒引起的。80%以上的肝癌是由乙肝病毒(HBV)和丙肝病毒(HCV)所致。人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)是宫颈癌和其他阴道肿瘤及头 颈部肿瘤的罪魁祸首。人类多瘤病毒，如BK多瘤病毒，与肾癌和膀胱癌的发生相关。爱泼斯坦巴尔病毒(EBV)是鼻咽癌、何杰金氏淋巴瘤以及伯基特淋巴瘤发 生的主要原因。人类疱疹病毒8(HHP8)在免疫功能低下患者体内引起卡波西肉瘤的生成。人类T细胞白血病毒1(HTLV-1)会导致成人T细胞淋巴瘤。
一般来说，肿瘤病毒通过多种机制引起癌症，包括破坏宿主的遗传性和表观遗传性的完整和体内平衡，干扰细胞DNA修 复机制导致基因组的不稳定和抑癌基因的突变,以及使正常的细胞信号通路失活等。然而，人类对特定细胞基因的重要性和潜在的分子机制和信号通路在病毒性肿瘤 发生中的作用知之甚少。当前，治疗各种癌症的新药正在不断被研发。我们期待本届高峰论坛将不仅作为促进科学交流，促进中国和其他发达国家的科学家们之间的 合作平台,更期待它能够促进抗癌新药的发现和开发。

由南京生物医药谷主办、南京高新生物医药公共服务平台承办的“2016 年第二届国际病毒性肿瘤暨新药研发高峰论坛”将于 2016 年9 月 16-18 日在文化科教名城江苏省南京市召开。
此次学术盛会有幸邀请到中国工程院庄辉院士和王红阳院士、中国科学院高福院士、美国科学院 Patrick Moore 院士、《PLoS Pathogens》 杂志主编Grant McFadden教授、美国伯明瀚大学医学院肝脏移植中心主任在内的多位享誉世界的专家学者作为演讲嘉宾。目标参会者为病毒及肿瘤研究专家、新药研发专家、三甲医院科室主任，以及对肿瘤病毒的基础和临床研究或治疗及新药研发有兴趣的科研人员、临床医生和研究生。
本届会议将为中美两国在病毒肿瘤的分子生物学和抗病毒抗肿瘤新药研发方面的科学家们，提供相互交流最新研究成果并探讨合作机会的学术平台。同时，我们也为优秀论文摘要递交者预留了充裕的发言时间，为他们提供展示最新研究成果的机会。本次大会还邀请了包括《PLoS Pathogens》杂志社主编在内的9位主流病毒学杂志的主编们讲授论文写作及投稿技巧。会议期间，美国国立卫生研究院驻中国办事处主任、国家科技部交流中心美大处处长、国家自然科学基金委员会医学科学部六处处长将悉数到会，共同主持讨论中美合作机制的圆桌会议，为两国科学家们探讨如何根治乙肝并展开合作提供建言献策平台。
