Mark Re, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Re, 53, joined Seagate in August 2003 and has served as Senior Vice President, Research and Development, since July 2013. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Research, from August 2003 to August 2006; Senior Vice President, Research, from August 2006 to March 2009; Senior Vice President, Recording Media Operations, from March 2009 to March 2011; and Senior Vice President, Recording Media and Heads Research and Development. Mr. Re also served as Senior Vice President, Research and Development at Read Rite Corporation from 1998 to 2003.
