Anton Dominique has been working at a senior level in various sectors within the education industry for over ten years. His role as CFO/CMO at the London School of Marketing culminates in him overseeing all areas of marketing and finance. Under Anton’s leadership the London School of Marketing has utilised High Performance Task Specific Cloud systems to pioneer the delivery of online education to emerging markets. He has helped create a unique multi-national business which manages and distributes leading Business Degrees from recognised UK Universities to students around the world, involving local partners who offer the physical infrastructure and sense of physical community required to benefit most from education. Anton’s role as a modern CFO is world away from the report generating duties of traditional finance officers. As an integrated business leader he adds value to the business at all times by streamlining and improving all information systems and the availability of accurate real time information across the whole organisation. As the finance department has a transversal view of all operations it is ideally placed at leading the migration of the diverse and siloed information systems into a single coherent, real time and system where all information is not necessarily in one place but each element of information is only in one place and all of them are connected and linked with each other. He calls this: “Industrialisation of service to enable personalisation” where all back office processes are streamlined and all system interlinked so that all staff can focus on resolving the issues of all our students and partners Anton has established and maintained relationships with key influencers across all levels, from board members to key media figureheads to ensure that London School of Marketing remains at the forefront, as a leader in its industry. He continues to lead the organisation through a time of great innovation and change.
