Julia Lu，Derivatives and Special Situations Investment Attorney Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP Albany Law School of Union University，Julia say：I specialize in representing investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and other financial institutions in the derivatives, bank loan and high-yield debt markets. My practice focuses on derivative transactions relating to secured and unsecured loans and other debt instruments utilizing total return swaps, credit default swaps and credit-linked notes in North America, Europe and Asia. In recent years I have also worked extensively on the trading and investing in derivatives and other financial claims in the U.S., Europe and Asia. I am an ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee External Review potential pool member.
