• All participants (including oral/poster presenters, invited speakers) are requested to register for the conference.
• Full registration includes all conference activities, including sessions, U-Key gift, receptions and proceedings (soft copy).
• Speakers and Attendees are encouraged to join the Banquet at Mar.13, 2016 with the extra RMB 800 registration fee.
*Lunch on March 13-14,2016, proceeding, CD and gift are including in registration fee.
• For group registrations, please fill out group registration form on-line.
o 5 ~ 9 registers to CSTIC & short course/tutorial get 20% discount.
o 10 and above registers to CSTIC & short course/tutorial get 30% discount.
• Early Bird rate and group rate (for short course/tutorial only) is only available for early bird registration through the registration website and payment should be completed by Feb 20th, 2016.
• From Feb 21st, 2016, all the unpaid registration will be applied with on-site rate automatically.
• The registration fee may be paid by check, bank draft or credit card for all registrants. Local registrants can also paid by ATM. Please follow the instructions of payment method accordingly.

先进电子封装材料国际会议（InternationalSymposium on Advanced Packaging Materials,APM）是国际最大的微电子封装技术及材料的盛会，也是国际上最重要的电子封装及材料的技术研讨会。主要围绕先进半导体电子材料、微纳电子封装材料、先进电子封装技术等，包括封装可靠性、热解决方案等主题，每届都吸引了大批的国际知名高校、世界顶尖科学家、 研究机构以及全球重要封装组装制造厂商、封装测试组装设备厂商、封装组装材料厂商踊跃参加，为国内外学术界、产业界的专家学者和科技人员提供一个交流电子封装技术及材料新 进展、新思路的重要平台。

APM 国际会议 1996 年开始在美国举办，2010 年在英国举办。2011 APM 首次在中国召开，会议由美国 IEEE/CPMT 和厦门大学主办。2016 年 APM 会议再次回到中国，将在中国 半导体技术大会期间，由国际半导体设备与材料协会（SEMI），IEEE 子器件协会元件（EDS）和IEEE 组装与制造技术学会(CPMT)主办。
