There is a $40 (USD) non-refundable processing fee for each abstract submitted for the SNMMI 2020 Annual Meeting. The processing fee will be submitted online by credit card (only) at the time of submission with any applicable registration fees you may incur. Please note: there will be no submission processing fees for technologists, technologist students, or those residing in qualifying low and lower middle income countries.

Registration Cancellation/Change Policy
Cancellation and change request must be received by May 10, 2020 to qualify for a refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation and changes received after May 10, 2020. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment within 30 days after the completion of the meeting. No shows will be charged the full registration fee. No refunds will be given for any reason after June 20, 2020.SNMMI will not be held liable for cancellation fees to hotels, airlines or other means of transportation. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
